New Projects Galore and ode to Madelinetosh...again.

Oh man!  I can't seem to stop starting new projects!  Somebody should seriously cut me off!  I just can't help it!  We keep getting new Madelinetosh yarns in at the shop and they just call to me!  I never thought yarn could make me feel like this!  They're. Just. So. Beautiful. I have a lovely little growing collection of Madelinetosh including 6 skeins of Merino DK in Forestry to make my Tea Leaves Cardigan sometime this spring.

I also have these 3 skeins of Tosh Merino Light in Briar that will soon be a sweet little Wispy Cardi by Hannah Fettig.

I started this lovely Saroyan Shawl out of Madelinetosh Merino Light in the Mansfield's Garden Party colorway.  I was so inspired by Tanis' Koigu Fingering Weight version that I had to make my own.  I just couldn't decide on a Koigu color so I went for the Madelinetosh.  So far I love how it is turning out!

Other projects in beautiful Madelinetosh include the Mara Shawl that I started around the holidays in Tosh Merino Light.  This color is called "Posy" and I love how girly it is.  I am just past the halfway mark and I think I am going to start on the ruffle soon.

Here are some beautiful skeins of Merino DK that I just lying around waiting to be knit up!

I also started the Poncho Vest in Gedifra Highland Alpaca and i'm almost done with the back!  It's flying by and I think it is going to be so cozy!  I only wish I had finished it in time to wear for this massive snowstorm we are having.  I'm hoping to have it finished in another week or two so that I can wear it before this winter ends.

Anyway, I am off to Santa Clara first thing on Saturday morning to go to Stitches West! So excited!  I'll be working at the Jimmy Beans Wool booth and I can't wait!  It's going to be such a fun weekend!  I love my job!

Well, that's what i've been up to lately!  Sorry for the massive post!  What are you all knitting or crafting these days?
