New Free Pattern - Kudo Slouchy Tam

So, I failed to mention this a few weeks back when it actually happened so I figured I better do it now before I forget again! Silly me! So hear it is: my free hat pattern called the Kudo Slouchy Tam is up on the Jimmy Beans Wool website and its also on Ravelry! Hurray! For those of you who don't remember, here is the hat:

Now that hat is shown knit in Plymouth Kudo, but you could knit it in any worsted weight yarn. I've also knit it in Malabrigo Merino Worsted, Noro Vintage, and various other lovely yarns. A self striping yarn would show off the pattern best, as opposed to variegated yarns, but whatever you fancy will work just fine.

I also failed to mention that I finally finished my Meret Beret! Yikes! I had been working on that one for months but the wedding knitting and planning and the fact that it was summer, got in the way of my actually working on it. So here it is in its completion. I just love the bright mustard yellow color of Malabrigo's Frank Ochre. It's so fun and bright, while the yarn is so so soft. Love it!

Well, it's off to work for me so hope you all have a great Thursday!
